About
Hello!
My name is Ashley and I'm a certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. I have over 5 years of experience helping clients get stronger and move easily without pain. My programs focus on building strength through functional movements and increasing your range of motion and flexibility through mobility training. I also have a background in bodybuilding and weight management.

My fitness journey started at 17, when I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. I struggled with keeping my blood sugar under control for years, I was weak, I had poor control over my diet, I couldn't sleep, I was overweight, feeling terrible, and unmotivated. I needed to make a change, after years of training and building experience I lost about 80 pounds, increased my muscle mass, and learned how to incorporate a healthy diet while still able to indulge in foods I enjoy. My journey gave me a passion to help others achieve their own goals. Let's work together!
